Great food - I got the seabream caprese and the anchovies bruschetta. I'm usually not into anchovies but decided to try it out here, and it was delicious! The anchovies were large and not salty, adding a good meaty/melty bite, while the cherry tomatoes added a nice sweetness and juiciness. Super fresh!
The seabream caprese was pretty decent. In my opinion it somewhat lacked flavor so I added some balsamic to it. However, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
My only complaint about this place is that it appeared like they forgot about part of my order. They brought the seabream caprese out first, which was a main dish, and we had to remind them and check about the bruschetta. Additionally, in the beginning, they gave us a bag of bread which only contained around 5 pieces of bread when we were a party of 10, and we had to remind them to bring another bag.
Easily the best food I've had in italy. Stress free, our lovely waiter told us what to order and it was fantastic. Amazing experience, 10/10 reccomend. If you're in the area, definitely go here. Such an authentic experience, we were the only tourists in there and treated so so well. I got the seafood carbonara (I don't even love seafood) and it was absolutely incredible. Thank you so much to the lovely staff <3
Very cute place in a quiet area of La Spezzia! Service was great and very quick. The food was delicious, classics but with modern twists!
We both ordered the fresh pasta with mussels, shrimp and other seafood. This was DELICIOUS (I would highly recommend if you love seafood like me).
We also ordered the tiramisu for dessert, and it was perfectly light and airy!
Only comment would be the bread, which was a bit stale & hard.
Absolutely great. Great food, great ambiance and great staff. We’ve been here twice in the 5 days that we stayed in La Spezia. Our host recommended this place, and it did not disappoint.
Great quality ingredients and flavour. Big wine list with lots to choose from.
Very kind service! I told them I was allergic to nuts and soja and they made sure every dish I ordered was without it. Very big wine selection as well. Food was okay, personally it was a bit too greasy and oily for me but I don't know if that's the usual way of serving it. The dishes were good but not that specially tasty. Music was a bit loud for us.
The food here is incredible! The Ragu pasta is so tasty and the tiramisu is light and delicious. The waiters are very attentive and friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu. Highly recommend!
We were greeted warmly when we arrived & were made to feel very welcome. The food was incredible, the service was some of the best we've ever had. Lilly & the team are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!
